This is an absolutely fantastic idea!  Fantastic in that it can be done and it will give access to bounty and beauty to anyone in desire or need.

A most fantabulous idea.  Why in the world has no one in authority done this before?  Rhetorical question... no need to answer... Still.

Yes, I intend to look more into this.  I'd much rather drive down a main drag with orange trees (or something similar) in the medians rather than the frivolous display of nonedible plantings that's the usual.

Thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention.  This excites me.
