The salt-water cleanse is good for the GI tract, like Trapper said, and IT can relieve you of headaches too, if you're backed up or even slightly constipated!

I know this personally! When Shevin's protocol didn't work for me, I "salted" my "poop tube" with the salt-water cleanse and flushed my headache away with a big ol' poop!

Hey, I'm feelin' silly this morning, you must forgive me. (But that's how I felt...the headache went away THAT quickly. (Ahhh, sweet relief!)
