Great info!! At least we have some "educated" input on all this. The gist of what I have been saying is not to curb inquiery but to encourage to actually DO the MC and not talk it to death. That there is enough empirical evidence that this is an extremely beneficial protocol that will not cause harm. Without the training to preform the measuments properly and reliably and having the educated knowledge of what the numbers mean within the context of fasting, the whole inquiery will not provide any reliable or definitive and real world "practical"  information to the layman.

Though you are doing some formal studying you should also not loose sight that right here in the forum you have you have a huge lab full of "real world" information of thousands that have actually done this and many that have done it many times over. On that note you should take into consideration the post in the FAQs regarding doing the BPs with the MC.
