Well that was scary.

I was just reading that we should have mercury fillings removed, but I cant figure out what is supposed to go in their place. I saw one post saying that any tooth that has a filling should be extracted!? For those who cant afford to "fix" their mercury fillings (assuming there is a fix, other than extraction) should we not practice Oil Pulling? It seems from some of the posts I have read that OP'ng can damage fillings, then arent we exposing ourselves to even more toxicity? Hmm, I guess I will have to keep reading. Thanks for the video!
