Thank you for validating what I have tried
to tell friends and family for years. Especially
when I was dealing with my cancer crisis, I would
lay out in the sun, without any suncreen and drive
my family bonkers as they were sure I was harming
my body instead of healing it.

I took care to sun before 11 am and after 3pm and
even after a pilgrimage from beach to beach and
a gazillion hours in the sun, I never once had a
sunburn.

I have sent your post link to my family and expect
that it may start a little trend back to safe and
healing sun/light therapy.
