No I had not been out of the country around the time this first occurred. I have noticed poor diet and stress exacerbates it, yet good diet and balancing lifestyle does not completly alleviate it. The otherside is, I also notice when I am touched and have physical contact that I desire with others the pain and numbness is greatly reduced.
