That's really good to know about the loose stools. I believe I experienced that when I was taking a higher dose but wasn't quite sure it was related.

For some reason, I just remembered....I have sore breasts recently, which I associate with certain times of the month. Some months I've gone without experiencing that, and I always wonder "what did I eat differently that month!" I was hoping it was Iodine that eliminated the soreness, but conversely, I've had more this month. I hope it's just all part of the process of getting better...no way to know for sure.
