My suggestion, again, is that if you have concerns to fast with the supervision of a health professional. Perhaps it is not the right way for your body to cleanse at all! A pro can help you outline your goals and strategies considering all the pertinent details.

For the average person in good health, however, there is nothing in a ten day Master-Cleanse that will hurt them, and many thousands have benefited!
