I think it is wreckless to not monitor what your body is doing regardless of the protocols you are using. If there is a normal deviation, I would like to know that. And I can only know that by sharing my numbers and having others share thier's. No one should be doing anything here on blind faith.

I would also note I never would have re-attempted the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) had I not read the numbers from other's postings. And if I make errors and get bad results from deviations of protocol, I believe it is instructive to those who may read this.

FYI - My morning BG did return to 110, around my recent normal.
As I initially stated, my goal was not to do a full MC, just to gauge my initial repsonse and I am accomplishing that.

So, if anyone has any numbers or first days experiences, please post, but don't tell me I need to go all or nothing, because I don't. End of Discussion.
