After the fast, it settled at about 30 lbs. and I looked and felt great!

I did 45 days on the Master Cleanse, a mono juice diet, at which point I experienced True Hunger for the first time. My excellent naturopath had me switch to fresh juices on day 48, and I continued to day 60 feeling absolutely bionic!
