Fledgling will I learn this smiling technique in the video?

does one transmute the energy somehow? otherwise it seems suppressed to come up later?

I find it effective to simply observe my brain/minds actions. Once I do this I sstep back and become an observer and a bit of detachment comes I see how silly the mind is and no longer wish association with it. I wonder why others try to keep me attached to it even.
