This is a long thread, so I might be repeating things that have already been posted that I didn't take the time to read.

Being that FM is within the same realm of diagnosis as Rheumatoid Arthritis , it's remembering the autoimmune issues that might be helpful for you, during this flare up.

I was also feeling very badly for a bit and I couldn't understand why. The joint pain was coming back to the point where I was nearly incapacitated. SO, I opted to boost up the Vitamin C, Glucosamine, and Chondroitin and it seems to be helping with detox as well as pain management.

Post back as you progress as your comments will be MOST helpful to others of us who are facing autoimmune issues. However, I would ask that you begin a new thread when you do! This board flies so fast that it's often nigh on impossible to find previous threads without scrolling back through pages and pages! :) Best wishes!
