Thats my problem too. Supplemeting with Iodine was giving me diarrhea. I was upto 16 drops a day once. Got such bad diarrhea that I could not handle the stuff. I had to back off.

Then a couple of days ago I did just 3 drops and got indigestion and full feeling. Again I had to back off. Now I am certain that detox in my body is coming in the form of loose stools & a lot of stomach gurgling. I cannot handle that. Obviously not everyone is getting these symtoms so it much be some kind of Herx reaction.

I will get down to 1 drop  a  day and carefully monitor my stools. If constipation is bad, Diarrhea is equally bad. I really want to get started with this stuff but have to back off all the time.
