Hi,

I'm going to ramble a bit on the topic of the color of my urine.

I've backed way off on the iodine. So I take maybe one drop of Lugol's every one or two days lately. I eat a little bee pollen now & then but haven't had any in the last couple of days.

I'm still getting dark colored urine. It's as if I had really ultra concentrated urine, kinda like it looks first thing in the morning, except I am drinking lots of water & other fluids throughout the day as usual. It's not even consistent throughout the day - sometimes I will go and it will be a deep yellowish color, sometimes light greenish, other times clear.

I'm not feeling sick, not having any urinary tract problems...generally I'm feeling good.

I guess I'm wondering if:
- anyone has tested their urine & knows that it's not just "brown" (whatever that means...not sure if mine has ever really been brown) that means the bromine is coming out
- anyone has any expertise in knowing what is coming out in their urine
- anyone knows that their urine has been like this and it means some yucky stuff is coming out, so it's all good

I searched some websites for information, but I get stuff like "it means your liver is dumping bilirubin into your urine" or "it means you have a liver problem" or "you have a kidney problem" and I'm not sure any of these are true. Shouldn't I have some bad symptoms if I did?
