Hey Tracey Liver Cleanse Goddess !!!

   Are you monitoring the Liver Cleanse Forum ???
   I would appreciate your Feedback and Assistance !!! I have not done a Liver Cleanse in a while...I Had Tremendous Success four years ago...
  As I recall you previously mentioned that you get better results fasting before a Liver Cleanse. I feel this as well. The cleanse of four years ago as I recall I fasted at least 5 days maybe 7 prior...Also I did Not  do a Breakfast on the day I began the Lemon juice and Liver Cleanse...This time I feel I need to do a Liver Cleanse and it will work out my only fasting two maybe three days--is this sufficient for good results ??? I am Wondering if this is why I had such great results four years ago, with the fasting...???
   Also--is the Breakfast necessary for Better results??? Also I have no gall blader as the doctors removed this seven years ago now or so...Any Recommendations regarding this and my Liver Cleanse procedures and all ???
