Since you didn't specify what you meant by "better," I'm going to throw in a taste note...

Raw goat's milk seems to be less "fresh" faster than cow's milk.
It kinda seems that way with the fresh cheese, too.
Then again, I've only tried raw goat's milk once, but raw goat cheese a few times.
I have much more experience with raw cow's milk.
