I have a question about smoking herbs. I can't find any information about it, because is not marijuana or tobacco. I know it puts carcinogens into my lungs ( plus its worse i live Southern California and pollution is bad). Is it a good idea to smoke herbs? , i mean not to emulate any illegal substances, just to sit down and have a nice smoke. I usually smoke:

Flavoring:
Chamomile
Sage
Peppermint
Cloves
Eucalyptus

Tobacco Substitutes:
Oregano
Parsley
Rosemary
