What sort of exercise are you doing?

I would imagine it is because the exercise is causing your lymph to circulate around much more than when you weren't exercising. This is moving around garbage and cleaning things out. After a while your body should adjust and things should move freely. Might want to do a little reading up on the lymph and see if that sounds like the situation.

Perhaps you ought to do the sitz bath for a while to get things to flow "down and out."
