Southern Bell, No, this is not the link. Thank you. It was a lady named Marrianne asking Dr. Clark about her fer of taking Lugol's and how to make the solution. Someone from Dr. Calrk's office had responded and said that you cannot mix the Iodine with anything but water. I found that by accident as I was looking for sources for Lugol's on Google. I already use Dr. Calrk's sodium-iodine, but my brother wanted to use Lugol's so I was trying to help and pressed on a link which was interesting. If I find it I will post it here.

Anyway, thank you all. Great advice. I will continue my 10 drops without salt and lemon. I do take Vitamin C 2000mcg at night after dinner by this time normally I have finished my Iodine four hours before of dinner.
