I don't think this is a good idea.
Vit C (as in lemon juice) is an anti-oxydant and HAS to be taken an hour away from your Iodine otherwise it would counteract with it.
Salt is Sodium Chloride and the Chloride in it does not allow full absorption of Iodine in your body. Indeed the whole idea of taking Chloride is to displace the Bromide, which is a halogen just as Iodine is.

This is what I have always understood, but you may search for it to get a link to scientific advice.
