Hi CureZone Community!

I recently joined a gym about 3 weeks ago and have begun to exercise regularly after not really exercising for awhile. Every time after I finish working out though I notice my left ear become plugged up (exactly like what I would experience in both ears when going up in elevation) and stays that way for about 30 minutes. I've never had ear problems before (besides an ear infection as an infant).

Does anyone know what is causing this and/or what this is? It is only after I exercise and only in the left ear. It feels like it is underneath my eardrum. It is really getting annoying.
