Great to see you back and glad you are doing out well there in the wider CZ land!!! I am glad OP is going well for you. I continue to love it and this forum a lot.

I would be interested to hear what others say about the drawing-toxins-through-incorrect-channels argument. I guess I feel like the mouth is something of an organ of elimination because we can spit. (Which we do -- spit the oil!) Although I wonder if oil can draw out metals, which might then get absorbed into the bloodstream...

Any and all thoughts about this will be eagerly devoured!
