Hopinso, don't worry there are enough people who are flexible. Of course you should start slowly. You only know you own body.
I was just frustrated since I did not have any of the symptoms like other people and I could not believe that I did not have any toxins, so I upped (I don't know if this a good English word :) ) quickly.
I had planned to write you just to say hello, but life has been kind of hectic, especially with keeping up with CZ plus my private life. Three grandchildren overnight to-night and again next week a few times.
Hang in there only read the possitive posts!
