Hi Tasha ! There's something about that cayenne then, it definitely brightens and lightens! You know I only used it for about 2-3 months. I stopped because it BURNED like.... Afterward your eyes look pretty bad.. like you were crying up a storm. It's not too pretty. Perhaps I am more sensitive, but thinking back I should have lowered the measurement of cayenne to something more comfortable. At the time I really wanted to throw away my contacts and so I guess I just wasn't patient enough. Improvements I did see were..colours seemed brighter and images sharper. Plus the added bonus of extremely clear and bright eyes - a comment from my Eyedoctor .

Here is the link to the exact recipe (from Dr. Christopher) I used. The 2nd link shows you can buy it already made, but I believe it is cheaper to buy the stuff bulk and then make yourself - fresher too! Have a nice day (:

p.s. just you bringing up the subject again makes me wonder if I want to try it again...lower dosage of cayenne for sure this time .. hmmmm..
