i just read that people with fatty liver find it more difficult to lose weight and from the other hand, fatty liver caused by obesity.
I had problems losing weight too and was gaining from as i thought nothing. I did Dr.Bernstein diet for 6 weeks, it worked , i felt great and lost 25 pounds but my gallstone symptoms got worst. I did an ultrasound for Gallstones and they found that i have a fatty liver too. I just feel like total crap now :(
