Well not my illness related.....

In 1995, my ex had a heart attack and was told to expect 25%+ loss of his heart. He wasn't 50 and I found that unacceptable!! I studied nutrition for heart patients, reading Dr Dean Ornish's book, the guy that did the Life Center program that the hospitals use. Ex went back for his 3 month checkup and his usrgeon proclaimed a MIRACLE, he now had a perfectly functioning heart with NO signs of a heart attack. Because we worked and played together, he saw everything I ate. I ate his diet with him and I just melted.
