I have had this problem with green veggies (and some other foods) for years now and its driving me crazy! does anyone know why/how someone could be "allergic" to green vegetables? I would so appreciate any help with this problem. My diet is very bland without veggies and I feel like I am missing out on their nutritious value.

Here are my symptoms after about an hour after eating a cup of green veggies or lettuce my lips get dry then peels/cracks, my body and facial skin gets dry, hair falls out when I wash it, extreme insomnia during the night.

I have tried all of the vitamins and minerals seperately and as multi-combined supplements. When I took ionic minerals my symptoms were just like I had eaten some veggies, I feel like this might be a mineral imbalance but nothing I have tried thus far has put me back on track.

any thoughts or comments? please!
