Docta Dennis recommends his version of this be drank in the a.m. on an empty stomach.
My first one I drank on a Friday night, not having any idea how my body was going to respond, but still hours after having eaten.

This week, starting Sunday, I've drank my lemonade flush in the mornings and find that I feel better for having had it!!

I go to bed around 10pm.
