been ill for about 4 years with candida on the slow way back thanks to yogert and suarkart i think mainly with been having for last couple of months. its jsut when you look on a packet of cheese it only says 0.1 carbs that can't be that bad can it?
don't really now why can't eat brown rice or carrots really bad flare up of sympoms when i do.
blurred vision lack of concentration feel ill and tired bet you all know too well!
