what i say is not a prescription. i leave that to the more iminently qualified to fleece people of their money. i advocate taking charge of ones health. this scares most people to death, Iodine or not.

you should not be afraid to play with it, going up or down in the amount you take on a daily basis. between environment and genetic differences in us all, the only one qualified to do that is YOU.
