I'm on day 7 of my 1st MC, when I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) I have to walk around a bit before I try to lay down. I also kinda sway from side to side (like I did when I was in labor) for some reason it makes my tummy feel better. I can usually fall back to sleep but it takes a while.
