I see that you also have the problem with the inverted triangle shape on your upper lip. That's the part that's driving my crazy. If I could just get rid of that, I wouldn't care. Has your upper lip improved at all over time? Is it better to just leave it be? Do you think it's ever possible to at least get the "triangle" looking normal again?
