Re: the bumblebeehealth site you mentioned, for your ingredients. Everything I've read so far has recommended not less than 90 HU on the cayenne pepper. Bumblebeehealth notes their Cayenne as 40 HU. So, now I'm wondering as to how critical a difference is the heat units. Is more REALLY better?
