Usually, I take about 10 drops a day and I take no kelp. I have been doing this for about two months and have only noticed positive results. I don't take it every day now. The first week it was every day, but now it may be every 2-3 days. However, this week, I have not taken any by mouth. I have been applying Iodine all over my poison ivy with great results. I looked like an Indian going into battle with all my "war paint." Then last night I had another Eureka moment and realized I could be using Wombat's balm and now I am not stained and it is working just as well. By the way, thank you Wombat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only extra thing I take is buffered vitamin C on a daily basis, but I was doing that before I started the iodine.
