Dr. Brownstein didn't get any results with 12.5 mg Iodoral (Lugol's tablets).

The average dose for the Iodine doctors is 50 mg. They are now recommending 100 mg for cancer patients.

Kelp is a whole other ball of wax. Personally, I wouldn't touch it. We've had too many people allergic to the kelp or whatever contaminants it contains.
