I just posted a reply to AP about OP increasing circulation (her question had to do with bleeding gums). But, I do think that OP does something to stimulate blood circulation -- especially in the mouth/head area. A lot of people report a glow -- improved skin, etc. -- and I think OP must revive circulation as it seems to help tone, wrinkles, color, etc. (Someone I met the other day was shocked when I told them I was 39, and I'd like to think that has only a little to do with my immaturity problem!)

I wonder if pulling all the toxins out of the blood makes "room" for more good blood cells, etc.?

One frustrating thing about OP is that there is so little we know about how it works...
