I've been supplementing Iodine for 10 weeks now, I can feel my cysts dissolving:) I started at 12.5 mg. per day and am slowly upping that dose. I'm at 37 mg. now. I also take C, salt water, selenium, magnesium, niacin, DIM and concetrace mineral drops.

If you have FBD, you're deficient!
