Ever since I learned that you can add a teaspoon
of ground ginger to the oil potion, I have and I
can *testify* that ended my nausea. I sometimes
just add a half-teaspoon and I sometimes add the
tumeric too. I think Telman's experimentation may
have provided those little modifications. I love
it and am so much more comfortable.

I'm with you though, Liver Flushing is an integral
part of cleansing and especially is useful after a
long cleanse or fast since fasting does promote the
formation of stones.
