Hi kat,

I started supplementing with Iodine for very painful fibrocystic breasts and now currently have none. My cysts are also going away...although that very, very slow.

I'm now on 50mgs of iodoral and follow the protocol on breastcancerchoices.org except I've recently increased my selenium to much higher levels.
Even if you decide to go strictly with painting (which works fabulously for some women) you might want to add the companion supplements listed on that site.

Also.....recently ordered Dr. Sherry Tenpenny's tape on thermograms and Iodine for hte breast. She does't give an exact protocol with Iodine but really has some excellent information. It's $20
