Hello,
One of your goals in cleansing is to achieve good
digestion and elimination.
If your cleansing is successful, you will want to
experience an elimination after each meal and one
upon rising. I have found much success in experiencing
GREAT digestion and elimination after all my MCing
and have never needed to use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or lax tea after
a cleanse or in between. This is not to say that there
is never a reason for it, but do be cautioned that you
would not want to create a *crutch* for yourself by
using the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or the lax tea as a way to have a bowel
movement.
Also, it is important prior to MCing that one be having
a minimum of one BM per day. If you or someone reading
this is not having one BM per day, then a designated
bowel cleanse would be more appropriate prior to beginning
a Master Cleanse.
Best wishes,
Zoe
