Congratulations on your progress and it sounds
like you are going to easily make the last 12
days. I appreciate especially that you shared
that you have had many false starts before you
finally grabbed on and held on. This is important
to hear since so many feel like failures and it
is important to realize that the only failure is
not getting up and taking another go at it.

You have already won~!

I am also really glad to hear you are being
supervised somewhat since it really helps make
a longer cleanse more comfortable knowing you
have a support system when making some major
health choices.

Also, after my longer cleanses, I would find
that I continued to lose weight and my weight
shifted too. THANK you for advocating hiding
your scale. I know, after this long, that you
can also attest that there are many benefits
from cleansing/fasting that are not reflected
on the scale...
