Heartwarming Report! And just from painting for a few days.

My mother (way back when) had breast lumps. In those days, the doctors prescribed Lugol's. I would imagine the dosage was a drop or two. It cured her just fine. She never continued with the Iodine. She recommended Lugol's to everyone she met who had breast lumps since that time, and they got well. Good medicine.

Now we know from your experience that painting works!

Mother probably should have kept up with the Iodine and ALL minerals over the years, as many of the health issues she had, I believe, could be traced to a lack of these elements.

I believe high dosages are not required to get results. I'm impressed with Dr. Jarvis' recommendation of 1 drop twice a week, spaced out, if you're 150 lbs. or less. You can always try going up if it doesn't work. Nothing works alone, so I would try to get lots of mineral rich foods while doing any kind of isolated mineral supplementation.
