I have also had a gradual increase of side effects. I had my Mirena for 3 1/2 years but my side effects really started getting bad over this past year, especially the last 3-4 months. I had mine removed last Tuesday and the side effects are basically gone. I couldn't believe the change in my attitude and health since it has been removed. My husband actually said I look healthier and younger since it has been removed. Hope it goes well for you all also.
