I used ACV and Baking Soda when I was sick with sinusitis. Within 10 minutes, my sinuses were feeling much better. Using filtered water is best. I found that using regular tap water it wasn't as effective.

I rarely use baking soda anymore. Instead, I add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I have poor circulation in my legs and feet, so adding cayenne helps me with that issue.
