CS really kicked my candida in the can. i used it heavily for about a year. it helped me heal up a lot internally and externally. i know that is kinda vague, but i never had a real diagnosis for what was wrong with me. the symptoms were a mishmash of autoimmune and infectious illness, most of them chronic and severe.

CS made me sleep a lot.
