My stomach is really weak and get the runs easily, but these veggies make me want to sing! I believe that they help digest the other food I eat too. My energy level is up since I have been eating them. Problem is I am up to a jar a day, and they aint cheap!
Today I bought a two gallon plastic bucket from the hardware store so I could start my own cultured veggies.
