I'm starting my first every Master Cleanse tomorrow (I just finished my tea this evening), and I was hoping to find some other people that are just starting as well.
I've never done anything like this before. I am probably one of the worst eaters on this website. I have generally eaten whatever I liked, but it seems to be coming back to bite me in the butt, as I haven't felt well for a while now. In addition to that, I would like to lose some weight on the MC.
So, if anybody else is just starting I would love to hear from you so maybe we can be a support system to one another through this.
