OK, I can appreciate the debate perspective.
I'll simply again state: I only posted to share my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) experience, not to debate anything. And I posted here because I have seen it discussed. I did not enter the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) process from the direction of the MC, but as I also noted, once I had fasted long enough and was sure to hydrate, I didn't have the BP problem and that in itself should be a positive enough contribution to this forum. Others have sworn off the SWF, perhaps they too will re-examine it. Fair enough?

BTW - I am considering the Master-Cleanse when I am sure I can do it independently and exclusively of everything else I am doing. I have downloaded the PDF and read it thru. Other protocols I don't see as necessarily exclusive: Oil Pulling, Standard Liver Flush, Standard Colon Cleansing (Colonix), Cinnamon Glucose Reduction.
