i have been taking a break for a couple of weeks and i have noticed more sensitive teeth. i never got much of a whitening effect(coffee and cigs, probably). i do still have wonder salivation and mucus flow(when i eat mucus forming food).

molly, the cure is always in diet and lifestyle. if OP is part of your lifestyle, it is definitely part of your cure.
