"(Never bought into the morning only requirement of the SWF)"

The SWF is not something particular to the MC it's is an old Ayurvedic protocal that has been around prolly hundreds of years so I'm certainly sure that is plenty of time to have tried and proved it's efficacy and timing.

Doing the SWF mid day while doing the MC will wash out watever nutrition was in your system  and any of the components of the lemon and cayenne that your system will use to  aid in the cleansing of your system.

Doing the SWF miday against the hundreds of years old tried and true protocol on a full system could certainly affect your bodys reaction to all the salt and perhaps even  retain more of the salt affecting your BP so your observation of it's affects on your BP are not really very conclusive or reliable at  all. Like I said the SWF is hundreds of years old tried and proven by possibly millions before you so your "not buying into it" is  a bad "uninformed" judgement call on your part.

"The day before I decided to do an egg/lime/oil liver flush, which by the way I found to be totally ineffective"

Don't have any idea what you were expecting from the egg lime oil "cleanse" but if you are comparing it to how the other LFs like the  grapefruit epsom oil then your statement of it's lack of efficacy is not sound and again based on "uninformed" assumptions since it does not work the same way and you don't  pass stones from this liver "cleanse". Note that I say CLEANSE as it is not a LIVER FLUSH and it does NOT work the same way.

Form reading your post looks like your are doing some kinda mish mash of stuff largely based on uninformed assumptions that don't follow any known tried  and true protocol and other than your diligence of testing your BP it appears that  your observations are not very reliable at all.
